Refund policy

1. Introduction

At Bold Organics (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding returns, refunds, and order cancellations. By making a purchase on boldorganics.in, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. No Returns and No Refunds on Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: All sales made through prepaid transactions are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased using prepaid payment methods. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders and Return to Origin (RTO)

  • COD Orders: For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option, if the delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

    • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

    • Customer refusal to accept the order without valid reason.

    The order will be classified as Return to Origin (RTO), and the package will be returned to us.

  • RTO Charges: In the event of an RTO, the customer may be held responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges incurred. Repeated instances of RTO may result in the suspension of COD payment options for the customer.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Customers may request order cancellations before the order has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team promptly at orders@boldorganics.in. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting orders@boldorganics.in. Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photographs of the damaged or defective product.

6. Exceptions

  • Personalized Products: Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

9. Timelines for refund or returns

Since we don’t offer returns or refunds on prepaid orders, this policy doesn’t apply. However, in certain exceptional cases, such as when the product is damaged or we can make an exception, we may allow a return or refund. In such instances, the refund timeline will be credited to your account within 15 days, once its approved.
